Polite Form:

Tetsu o kiru dōgu o kaimashita.

Plain Form:
鉄の価格が上昇している。
Tetsu no kakaku ga jōshō shite iru.
Polite Form:
鉄の価格が上昇しています。
Tetsu no kakaku ga jōshō shite imasu.
We melt iron and reuse it.
Plain Form:

Tetsu o tokashite sairiyō shite iru.
