Plain Form:
今から学用品に名前を書く。
Ima kara gakuyōhin ni namae o kaku.
Polite Form:
今から学用品に名前を書きます。
Ima kara gakuyōhin ni namae o kakimasu.
I can’t remember my same grade-friend’s name.
Plain Form:
同級生の名前が思い出せない。
Dōkyūsei no namae ga omoidasenai.
Polite Form:
同級生の名前が思い出せません。
Dōkyūsei no namae ga omoidasemasen.

Plain Form:

Polite Form:
